On the day of your event, our team oversees setup, manages vendors, troubleshoots behind the scenes, and ensures everything unfolds exactly as planned, allowing you, your family, and your guests to be fully present for every meaningful moment.

This service is designed for couples or clients who are comfortable communicating and coordinating directly with their vendors, but need help bringing all of the moving pieces together into one clear, organized event day timeline.
Your Timeline Planning Session includes two 60 minute planning sessions, where we’ll walk through the details of your event, discuss timing and logistics, and create a customized timeline for you to use and share with your vendor team.
Once your timeline is complete, you’ll take it from there handling communication and coordination with your vendors while having a thoughtful plan to keep everyone on the same page.
